it's spectrum combined workshop today =D and we went all the way to NTU to train with PJ and spectrum! it's damn far! xiong met me at kovan at around 8.40am, and we thought we are so late, cos we had to reach there by 9.30, but lol, we're on time! like just nice. and we're not the latest. rushed down to NTU and started training. did stuffs like elevator and shoulder stands, and OMG, there's so many ways to go up lo.

after lunch (which was quite nice and filling =D), did peach/hitch/bridge? toss. whatever it's called. quite fun! haha. and torches! so damn difficult. really learn quite alot today! hope there'll be more of these trainings. haha.

and finally met up with the girls on friday night. they went kgarden in the morning and i joined them for dinner at chomp chomp at night. we had cafe cartel, not the usual standard but still ok la. cos i have them! lol. chatted, and jac had some allergy to some medicine, RASH! sucks.

i wanted to meet them for kgarden badly, but my cramps were killing me ytd. i vomitted at the busstop, and nearly fainted la! i couldnt hear a thing, and i see only greenish stuffs in front of me. damn scary, i thought i was going to blackout any moment. i was only like two busstops away from home la, but i just couldnt get home! arghh. that's how bad my cramps are, and this is not the worse. lol. i seriously wish that im a guy, so i'll be free from all these stuffs!

my chest hurts like hell, i hope it's nothing too serious. =/
